If you are a Federal, State, or Local Government agency, or a High School, Community College, University, or Vocational School that wants to use our programs for your employees or students, we have an attractive price program available. Vital Learning Educational Partner and Government Policy

To purchase under this special discount, please be aware of the following:

1. In order to support the aggressive pricing administrative kits for the Education, Government, and Non-profit market materials will have 2-Color Covers with Black and White pages inside and may be sold only to customers in that market.

2. Online content access will be available for 365 days.

3. When ordering materials you must indicate this when placing your order or we will default to commercial pricing and invoicing.

4. If ordering for a company with non-profit status, proof must be included with your order or we will default to commercial pricing and invoicing.

5. Each Education buyer who will be reselling must sign a Copyright Agreement.  Also any Community College, University, or Vocational School that purchases administraive kits to deliver our courseware must sign a Copyright Agreement.  They will be committing to honor Vital Learning copyrights, ensure one Vital Learning participant manual is consumed per participant and that manuals are not shared, and that no individual element of the Learning system package is to be used in the absence of the purchase of one participant manual per participant.

6. No additional discounts will apply on Education or Government material sales.
