The Dimensions of Leadership Profile® Virtual Train-the-Trainer empowers trainers and consultants to learn to administer the Dimensions of Leadership Profile and then utilize it to meet their personal and organizational objectives.
The Virtual Dimensions of Leadership Profile Train-the-Trainer combines independent study, personalized individual telephone coaching, & a variety of training materials. The Virtual Train-the-Trainer may be completed in as few as 3 days or over up to 3 weeks.
Steps in the Dimensions of Leadership Virtual Train the Trainer
- Conduct your first conference call with your Master Trainer to discuss the objectives for your upcoming training program. At this time you will also schedule your three additional conference calls.
- Complete the Dimensions of Leadership Profile.
- Review the Dimensions of Leadership Facilitator Kit to prepare for your next phone discussion.
- Discuss the Dimensions of Leadership Profile with your Master Trainer.
- Administer and interpret a Dimensions of Leadership Profile to one person. Review the Facilitator Kit to understand the Leadership Wheel and Table of Leadership Dimensions.
- Conduct a phone discussion with your Master Trainer to discuss applications of the Dimensions of Leadership Profile.
- Review the Dimensions of Leadership Profile Facilitator Kit and PowerPoint CD-ROM and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming training session.
- Discuss your training session with your Master Trainer, including exercises and reinforcement ideas to keep the concepts alive in your organization.
